By purchasing, your organization confirms that qualified personnel will use the materials in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We offer damage protection on every invoice. If a shipment arrives damaged in transit, contact us with photos of the damage and we'll send a one-time replacement. All claims require photo evidence and are subject to review. One replacement per account per invoice. Opened vials are not eligible. Research panel invoices are non-refundable; canceling a panel stops future shipments only. We are not responsible for misuse or improper storage after delivery.
